Our mental health and wellbeing groups offer a warm welcome to those struggling with mental ill health. As we meet, share and encourage one another, we can move towards mental wellbeing.
Crafty Needles
Tuesday 10am-12pm
A group who get together with their knitting, crochet and sewing, learn off one another and share life together. Lots of laughs and lots of chatting.....! We are currently running on zoom and WhatsApp - get in touch for details. We will start back in person on the 18th May - watch this space or contact us for details of how to book your place to come.
Mental Health Support Group
Wednesday, 10am-12pm
This is a new group starting as we come out of lockdown - it is a time to relax in the company of others, with various activities focused on promoting mental wellbeing and developing good friendships. We are starting in stage 3 of the roadmap - currently 19th May - please watch this space or contact us for more information!
Evolve
2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Evolve is a teenage peer support group, offering young people a safe place to talk about mental ill health, and to find support through friendship with one another. Evolve is currently meeting online and is investigating meeting in person - for more details please get in touch
One to One
Weekdays, 9am - 2pm
Our Family Support Worker is available throughout the week, offering a listening ear and practical support for anyone going through difficult life situations. Pop into the church, or call 01689 800 291.
